~ We are so proud to offer you something special on this page. Our story is one of an ALL VOLUNTEER Non-Profit Organization that has been providing Community Service for over 25 Years! We do this with ALL DONATIONS - ZERO TAX OR GRANT DOLLARS!
~ One of four cities that have a Rent Stabilization Ordinance in Santee and One of three that have a city wide organization protecting equity through affordable space rents but ONLY One that also promotes Quality of Life events to improve the lives of those that live in Our City of Santee. ~ Every year we save Hundreds of $$$ resulting in Millions of Dollars of savings and monies staying within our community! ~ We are always looking for resources to help both renters and owners whenever possible! ~ We can truly know your donations will help others and we appreciate your support. |
